Complete is a companion layer on top of Apple Reminders. Your reminders and lists are stored and managed by Apple Reminders and sync through your own iCloud account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Complete has no account of its own and no server — it never sends your reminders, lists, or calendar data anywhere.
On your device, Complete keeps only small extras locally (such as repeat rules, list icons, and snapshots of recently deleted reminders so you can restore them). Optional photo and PDF attachments you add are stored in your own iCloud Drive. The optional calendar overlay reads your iOS calendar on-device only (read-only) and is never transmitted.
Reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely locally on your device. No notification data is ever sent to a server.
The Complete app itself uses no cookies, tracking, or analytics. This public website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not create personal profiles — it collects only anonymous, aggregate statistics (e.g. page views, referrer, country, device type).
Your reminders and lists live in your own Apple Reminders and iCloud, so you stay in full control: manage or delete them directly in Apple Reminders or in your iCloud settings. Complete's small local extras are removed when you delete the app. For any requests, contact m.puchmayer@me.com.
